Mustard Dip

Mustard Dip

    ½ cup sugar 
    ¼ cup dry mustard 
    4 eggs, beaten 
    ½ cup vinegar 

    Method: 
    In a double boiler, mix all the dry ingredients together and add the beaten eggs, a little at a time. Heat the mixture and stir constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and add the vinegar slowly.  Serves 4
